When we will issue the refund
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with Easy Shop, please address to our support team first and leave a message on our Contact page. Most of the time, issues and bugs are quickly fixed by our team. However, if EasyShop is not the right product for your business, you can request a refund. Easy Shop is a digital product, so it cannot be returned. We usually issue refunds within 15 days after purchase if we consider that our product is faulty or cannot be properly used. In case you decide to use this option, please provide us with feedback as it is vital for us to make the software better with each release and to help other users.
When we will not issue a refund
We do not issue refunds after 15 days since the user purchased the digital product, in ANY circumstances. Please note that it is customers responsibility to understand this upon purchasing products from us. As mentioned above, Easy Shop is a digital product and digital products cannot usually be returned, as they are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis.
